Returns and Guarantee

Thank you for your interest in the Plinth tablet stand. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.


You may return your Plinth at any time up to 30 days from the date that you receive it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You must also supply your receipt or other proof of purchase.


Plinth is guaranteed for life, unless it is broken through misuse. At our discretion, we will repair or replace your Plinth free of charge. You will be liable for shipping costs, however.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We do not store customer credit card details. We do not use your data for any other purpose than processing your orders, and will not pass any data on to third parties.
