We want you to be pleased with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help with either a replacement, repair or full refund.
Security and Privacy
Our site is secured by an approved SSL certificate (green padlock in the title bar), and all transactions are administered either by PayPal or Stripe – trusted companies for handling e-commerce transactions. We do not store customer credit card details. We do not use your data for any other purpose than processing your orders, and will not pass any data on to third parties.
We will send you a single follow-up email a few days after your order to check it has been received and that you are happy.
Plinth is guaranteed for life. At our discretion, we will repair or replace your Plinth free of charge, unless it is broken through misuse. You will be liable for shipping costs, however.
You may return your Plinth at any time up to 3 months from the date that you receive it for a full refund.
You must also supply your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. As long as the product has not been maltreated or used other than as per the instructions, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You are responsible for paying for postage to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
